Hi, Iām Nicole.
I know what it's like to disappear into your own life.
I'm a mother, a partner, a business owner, and a clinician, and for a long time, those roles had a way of swallowing me whole. Not because anything was wrong, exactly. Just because that's what happens when you're someone who shows up hard for everything and everyone. You wake up one day and realize you've been so busy being all of those things that you've stopped being you.
What pulled me back? Getting outside. Pushing my body to do hard things. Hunting. Lifting. Having things that were just mine and not tied to anyone else's needs or anyone else's timeline. When I'm connected to myself that way, everything else is better. I'm a better coach, a better mom, a better partner. I'm more patient, more grounded, more alive.
That's not a coincidence. That's what self-connection actually looks like in practice.
I built Wild Grit because I kept meeting women living the same pattern: capable, driven, doing everything right, yet still feeling like something was missing. They didn't need more information or a better system. They needed someone to help them find their way back to themselves.
That's the work we do here.
My Background
I've spent 16 years working in behavioral health and addiction in prisons, in clinical settings, and in family intervention work. I've sat with people in some of the hardest moments of their lives, and that work has shaped how I show up as a coach.
I want to be clear: coaching is not therapy, and I'm not your counselor. What my background gives me is a deep understanding of how people get stuck, what it actually takes to change, and how to ask the questions that cut through the noise. I'm a certified coach, and this is a coaching relationship, which means you're in the driver's seat and I'm here to help you figure out where you actually want to go.
What it's like to work with me
I'm a straight shooter. I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear if it won't help you. I'll challenge you, kindly, but directly, because I've seen what happens when someone finally stops letting themselves off the hook. It's not comfortable. It's also where change happens.
If you want a coach who will cheer you on from the sidelines, I'm probably not your person. If you want someone who will get in the arena with you and help you figure out what you're actually made of, let's talk.
My Approach
I don't do cookie-cutter coaching. Every woman who works with me is different, and I'm not going to hand you a five-step framework and call it a day.
What I will do is ask you the questions you've been avoiding. I'll notice when you're telling yourself a story that's keeping you stuck. I'll sit with you in the uncomfortable stuff instead of rushing you to the other side of it, because that discomfort is usually where the real work is.
My approach is direct, grounded, and built around one core belief: you already have what you need. You're not here because you're broken. You're here because you've been so busy pouring out that you've lost the connection to yourself, and that connection is exactly what we're going to rebuild.
This is not a space for wallowing. It's a space for honest, sometimes hard, always worthwhile work.
